BUFFALO, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rand Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: RAND), a business development company (“BDC”), announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Allen F. (“Pete”) Grum will ring the Nasdaq closing bell today at 4:00 p.m. ET in celebration of 50 years of trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
